If you have installed AmaSuite version 4 or higher, then you must insert the email that you used when you ordered the software.

On the sales page, you were prompted for a delivery email. That will be the one that activates your software. If for some reason that doesn't work, attempt the PayPal email you used to pay.

If neither of those work, please submit a ticket with your purchase information and we will get it sorted out for you.
